Not that I can claim to know the exact wording of the NV law that just took effect, I can't see where it descriminates. It applies to you, me, and every other Bloke and Sheila (British terms for "Guy" and "girl"). If it ends up closing up all those little bars, of which there are 15 on each LV intersection, then so be it. Part of progress. Who needs those 2 million bars in LV anyway. Let people drink at the larger establishments that will still be around or at home.

OH NO!! Dennifer and Justin spent the night? Did they cause any troubles? Is there a specific thing special (food, etc) about a xmas breakfast? That's why so many kids are so out of shape. When you and I were kids, there was little television, no computers, no video games and there was actually phys ed in schools. Now we have too much television, video games and computers and no phys ed.I think you should take Dennifer and Justin jogging around the block a couple times a week until they are in the mode of exercising regularly.

Dennifur and Just'in are always causing trouble...but they make me laugh a lot, so I love em a lot.
And, beats me if there's a special Christmas breakfast food.

Tweaked articles like the one you pasted are hard to dispute. They do insult common sense though.
I think I found that article. Smokers need not apply here 
If you read that article, you'll realize the employer, Weyco, absolutely HATES smokers.
Rebutting a few things it said:
- Since when do you sell your $500,000 house without repainting it? I think thats funny.
- Who gets their teeth dry cleaned?
- About the 6,000 employers who don't hire smokers. 
   Weyco admittedly spies on its employees. They are not someone I would want to work for.
   I really think this employer has gone too far. They'll admittedly fire someone for lighting up while vacation.
The justification has a footing: Smokers can be persecuted because they can quit, and it costs insurance companies money.
If you could renounce Judaism to escape persecution, would you?
The solution for me isn't one of faith though. Its one of character.
When good guys are suddenly depicted as bad guys, don't you want to ask the question "What happened?".
Mob mentality, I think, is always a bad thing.
Of all the people I've known in my life, 3 died from cancer, 2 of them were smokers
Therefore I could say 2 out of every 3 people who die from cancer, smoke.
But my group is made up of at least 100 of dead people that I've known.
From personal knowledge, the top killers would be old age, accidents, suicide and murder.

Yea, I think just about everything you see or hear via the media (whether newpaper, magazine - old and web, television and radio) will be at least somewhat twisted to meet the reporter's opinion. Even if it is fact, like say, the sun rising in the east. Who is to say east isn't really west.. There is a lot in the article I do not like. For example, as you said, what can be seen as spying. As far as 2 out of 3 people who die from cancer being smokers, it is hard to say what kills the other person. Second hand smoke or living or working in a really bad environment. How many coal miners died of something like lung cancer or something very close. I do not believe smokers are bad characters. And in regards to renouncing my faith. How does that really relate?!?!? In the early part of the 20th century, if I lived anywhere near Germany, that could have very likely have gotten me killed. But in killing me, did it harm anybody else like second hand smoke does. And remember, no comments about smoke from me coming out of the chimney. That would be very bad taste. Religion has absolutely nothing to do with this. Can I ask you to renounce any of your many great qualities? I suspect not, so don't go suggesting that my renouncing Judaism is the same thing as giving up smoking. Except for ealry 20th century Europe, or being in the wrong part of the middle east, where there are many crazy people (up the lines of Hitler), being Jewish is not going to worsen the quality of my life, make me die any sooner, or harm any body else around me.

The Thunderbirds were GREAT today. They can climb straight up, 6 miles in 2 minutes. AWESOME!
